Heather Haynie
Heather currently lives in Utah County with her husband and three children. She coached cheer on the high school and collegiate level for seven years and has taught dance for 12 years. She is now focusing on her passion, choreographing routines for both dance and cheer teams. Heather has choreographed routines throughout the United States and Mexico and her routines have won over 10 national titles! She also enjoys judging competitions and has worked on the region,state and national level. She is a former Utah Jazz Dancer and USA staff member. Heather has appeared in commercials for ESPN and KJAZZ t.v. She was also a company director at Center Stage Performing Arts Studios where her choreography earned awards such as "Most Entertaining" and Kids Artistic Review's "Choreogrpaher of the year award" She grew up in Texas where she trained extensively in gymnastics and was a member of a national champion all star and school cheerleading squads. Heather also spent four years cheering at the collegiate level. Heather works with co-ed and all girl squads for school, all star and collegiate level cheerleading and dance teams.

Services include full routine choreography, sections of a routine choreography, stunt technique workshops, cleaning sessions and create-a-camp. Prices depend on the team, services offered and travel. Please call or email for a price quote.

Full Routine Cheer Team Choreography: Includes a full routine. Seamless transitions, creative stunt sequences and pyramids, visual and fun dance, crowd focused cheer (for school teams) jam packed from start to finish! Choreographed just for your team, highlights your strengths and covers your teams weaknesses.

Sections Choreography: One of the most popular choices for teams on a budget or for teams that just want to add a little flare to their routine! You may pick two of the following sections: group/partner stunt sequence, pyramid sequence, dance section, standing tumbling, running tumbling, jumps, or motions.

Stunt Technique Workshops: Each session is two hours in length. Coaches can decide ahead of time what specific skills they would like to work on, or you can choose to learn some new stunt sequences and tosses. All sessions include an in depth technique evaluation and strength building drills to help your team achieve their stunting goals. These sessions are very popular so book early!

Cleaning Sessions: A must for all competitive teams! Each session is two hours in length and includes a very detailed cleaning of your routine and stunt technique. Also receive valuable feedback on what is working well in your routine and ideas on how to make your routine more effective.

Create-a-camp: Hands down this is the way to go! Get your team off to a great start. Coaches choose everything! Camps include stunt technique, new stunts and pyramids created just for your team, choreography, conditioning, goal setting, and anything else your team needs! Create-a-camp is available for summer, fall and winter.


Heather has choreographed all across the United States and Mexico. Her routines have won countless national titles. She has choreographed for Center Stage, the VIBE, Dance Showcase Company, Jazz n Place, Spotlight Dance, Maple Mountain High School, Mountain View High School, Lone Peak High School and the Utah Jazz to name a few. Heather earned the Kids Artistic Reviews "Choreographer of the year award" in 2003. Some of her dancers have appeared on FOX'S "So you think you can dance" ABC'S "Dancing with the stars, and Paula Abdul's "Live to Dance" shows. Heather currently works as a ballet instructor in Utah County and as a dance judge for studio as well as high school dance competitions.

Technique workshops: Heather is a master technician and LOVES to fine tune and fix dance technique. These workshops are guaranteed to challenge your dancers and help them achieve their goals! Choose from either Jazz or Ballet technique.
